How this works: Matika Properties pays a share of the company commission to 3rd parties who refer or assist in closing a deal. Payment is made within 1 business day after company commission is received. A Service Agreement must be signed and an invoice raised for Marketing Services, Client Introduction or Business Development.
Payment Structure
Standard rates:
20% of company commission for a referral only.
50% of company commission for active involvement in the deal.
KYC and AML compliance is required. Payment is subject to successful deal closure.
